A huge doubt
 

As i was reading, the concept artists are the ones that innovate, create the characters and things in draws, so is there a person that see that drawings and pass them to 3D?, or everyone in the game indsutry have to stay making new things?, or there are people that only see a concept of the artist and use the habilities in design in maya, or 2ds max, make it on 3D and in some times innovate or create some model?
