I don't think anyone can truly answer this, unless they have worked with someone from each school. I went to Full Sail for Game Development so I can't fully answer for Art.

As Gshonk said, no one can truly answer that question unless they have studied at each school. You can try finding some testimonials from graduates.

Vancouver Film School generally has the best quality demo reels I have seen coming from it's graduates. The quality of work from the students is usually one of the best indicators as to the school's quality.

I can tell you about AAU and be prepared for art hell. General consensus is that you won't graduate in 4 years but when you do you should be able to do just about everything art related except for sewing...not that you'd want to.

As for which is best...depends on you and your level of dedication. Pretty much like that with all schools, I guess. There are modelers with no degree at all so...take it all with a grain of salt, TALK to the people at the schools...find students and talk to them about their experiences. It's an expensive option so make sure you are going to stay with it since most credits you get will NOT transfer (don't let them lie to you).

There is no way to answer this unless you have been to all five schools. However, upon my research reading in different forums and reading interviews of industry professionals this is what I have discovered.

-Gnomon School of Visual Arts -- Haven't heard much about school

-Vancouver Film School -- Puts out the best 3d Modelers

-Guildhall at SMU -- Excellent school

-Academy of Art University -- Don't know much

-Full Sail -- Puts out good tools artists

Best thing to do is find out what you want to do and research the schools curriculum to see if they have what you want to do.

I want to do something that has to be with Game Artist: Modeler , Animatior or World creator wich you think is best in that areas.

Aau

I only have information on the Academy's Animation and Visual Effects program, but I think it's great! Many of our graduates go on to launch careers at Pixar, Industrial Light and Magic and Blizzard.

I hope this helps and good luck!
