Pharmaceutical sales job?

I am recent college graduate, can I still get a pharmaceutical sales job?

If you have to ask that, probably not.

I also think it is a bot, but a rather sloppy one, as it forgot to post its link to whatever nefarious place it oughts to promote. (No doubt a cyber hoard for the most scrumptious of pharmaceutical delights.)

If it is a bot, there should be another bot that posts the 'answer' to the question with the link.
