Is it too late for me?
Hi, my name is Rob and I'm at college (6th form) in the UK. I recently realised that I want to become a games journalist in the future only I have a few stumbling blocks.
I'm quite an acedemic person and at school English was one of my best subjects, I got an A* and A in my English Language and Literature GCSE's as well as recieving the English award for my class. My main problem is that I didn't carry on studying them for my A-Levels, stupidly I chose sciences instead and am now in my second year studying History, Biology and Chemistry, with an almost innevitability of doing a degree in science of some sort. So can I still become a games journalist? I've heard some people say you just need a degree of any sort and others that require a writing-based degree preferably journalism. Any advice would be much appreciated! |
Check UCAS. Most universities don't seem to ask for English A Level specifically.
