Action Script tycoon style game
 

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum and lucky for me there seems to be a whole.bunch of people who know their stuff!

Ive had an idea for what I think woild make a great tycoon or sim management style game and I'd very much like to make it in action script or Ruby. The main reason being that these are the only languages I have any experience using..

Does any one know if there are any decent tutorials or helpful ways for me to fully materialize this idea?

EvilLlama, Thanks for the link. It was pretty helpful and i've managed to use the base tutorial and expand on that :) It's given me a good start. Thank you
