David Perry Challenge
 

Hi everyone !

Currently I'm working on the David Perry Challenge and managed to finish 50% of the workload so far. I found the challenge details here:

Now that I've come a long way, I have no intention of abandoning my work. However, there are some questions that I would like to hear opinions from those working in the game industry. So please help me answer them !

1. If you were the employer, would you rate a candidate higher if he has the recommendation from Mr. David Perry ?

2. Do you think instead of working on this challenge, the time should be better spent elsewhere ?

Please give me your honest opinions, since even though I enjoy this challenge very much, just like how I like GCG Game Design Challenge, spending 6 months working on something the industry people don't even care about is going to be bad for someone who wants to break-in like me.
