I will stress this, just because you go to the 'best' school(s) like Full Sail doesn't automatically grant you a 'free pass' to a job. That comes very largely down to you. You can easily go to the worst school and still get a job in the industry.
I say this because some companies have had bad experiences with the graduates from trade schools that have applied to them that they blacklisted them for a while.
This gets frequently discussed in the GameDev and IDGA forums with both sides heavily opposed to each other.
