When you say cmd prompt thing, I think DOS. Is that where you watched it? If so, the power of the Dark Place beckons you already...

Motion, could you write an article for your school newspaper? You might find a company that is more receptive to your request to talk with one of their developers if you were conducting an interview for a "Career Corner", or some such thing. Maybe. A published article pads your resume, too.

Also, consider taking an art class. (I presume that because you say you can't draw a stick figure, you've shied away from art.) You may not learn how to draw, and as Gshonk pointed out, you may not need that skill, but an increased awareness of values, proportions, color, balance, etc., and the thought artists put into design may help you when you work with them as a producer or even a programmer.
