Some notes: When making fruit leather, make sure the plastic wrap doesn't fold over the top of the fruit puree, or it overcooks into a pie-like yumminess instead of dry leatheriness. Although equally delicious, not for travel. It only happened on the edges though!

The jerky is perfect. Tough but moist on the inside. I'm going to make another batch throughout today.
