I went to the Guildhall at SMU (http://guildhall.smu.edu/
) , which back in 2008 was the only game-related school that offered a graduate degree. The program is split into art, design, and programming tracks, which work together in making team projects for some of the modules.
I personally got a lot out of the program. It's very intensive and stressful but taught me many things and opened my doors. They are very open to letting people take tours and sitting in classes (a good sign to me when I was hunting for school). They also have open-houses every half year or so.
