The most defining aspect of a "traditional role-playing game" is the turn-based battle system. So are you telling us to design a turn-based battle system, or can we do ANY kind of battle system? I would assume the latter, except at the end of the challenge you say, as I quoted above, design a battle system for a "traditional role-playing game." If I designed combat like in Skyrim, would that be accepted?
