Hello.

I am a young adult who wants to pursue a career in making video games, ideally creating my own studio with like-minded people. Specifically, i want to learn modelling, texturing, maybe also animation and effects if i get working with an indie studio. However, there is a slight problem resting in my way: i reside in Kazakhstan, so i need to find a scholarship that a) can be taken online, b) actually would teach me how to do what i need, and c) isn't crazy expensive (ideally free, but i don't think there are any free full programs). If anyone here could give me that sort of advice, that would be very much appreciated.
