A couple of ways. One way is to open them using Internet Explorer or Firefox. (Using the open file function) . A better way however is to get a stand alone Flash player so you don't have to load a browser at all. An example of such a
player is Swiff Player, it's freeware and can be downloaded from the page below. It can also associate itself with flash files, so all you have to do is double click the file to run it.
