I am from India. in India there are very few game studios and they also launch only mobile or internet flash games.No good gaming studio in India.So what should I do to start a game studio of my own. ? should I do that or should I try to get a job outside india.

It also wilding depends on what type of games and platforms you want to develop. For example. Publishing games for PC, online and iOS is relatively straight forward compared to making games for Wii, PS3 and X360.

A studio is business, so are you willing to be an entrepreneur or just a developer? If you just want to make games, but not deal with the endless administrative minutia that comes with heading a company, you'll probably have to relocate to find work.
