Casting Directors are people who find actors or voice actors for movies, tv shows, and I assume video games as well.
How should I go by to become a casting director for video game voice overs? |

Become an audio engineer in games, AND do work in audio in radio or movies or TV, so you can get to meet voice acting talent. You need to be familiar with the way games use voice audio, AND with the way voice talent works, who their agencies are, how their contracts work, etc. Do it a little here and there. What's your degree in? You're in Los Angeles or New York City, right?
