Need critique on my first demoreel(Setup/rigging)

Just graduated and would like some feedback on my setup artist reel.

Great work! 12 seconds for a title screen is long time to get to the work though. You would be better off using that time to show more motions on your other two rigs, or include a 3rd portfolio quality piece.

If your goal is to specifically go into the games industry, it might help to show the characters inside the game engine to they work in the pipeline. Also soundtrack can only really count against you, since reviewers will watch your reel on mute. I found the sound in your reel pretty distracting.
