Obtaining a Masters in computer science is a lot different than obtaining a Masters in game design, in my opinion. Personally, there are many different reasons why I felt it was necessary for me to pursue a Masters degree in computer science.

But for you, like I said if you are serious about game design then getting your Masters isn't necessary at all; you already have a Bachelors, that's more than enough for a aspiring game designer (it's a position that doesn't require a game design specific degree at all). What you need to do is actually design games, now, and decide what your career goals are, which is means for a whole other discussion.

But in the end you do whatever you feel is right for you.
