Hi, I was wondering about if where I live could be a problem. I live in the North-East of England, and am curious if I'll have difficulties finding work. I want to go into modeling/animation so that could lead me down both Game and Movies. I mean I wouldn't mind moving down south to London to look for work (A bit early to be thinking of that) but still would I need to? Is there a lack of jobs in the UK? Lastly is it hard to find a job in the industry?
Thanks alot, Ben |

In my experience, no and no but be prepared to move where the jobs are. There are a few big name studios up north and a general hub west of London.

It depends, on what you are doing. Some places might let you telecommute.

Unlikely for an entry level position. I have on known one graduate who has done this in the UK.
