Hi guys. I am a newbie at game design. But I want to be a game designer.
Where can I start this carreer?

I am looking for parttime job.
Now I've work at flash game developer as a programmer.

I've written some review and guides for game in Indonesian too.
I have a great passion on gaming industry.

so anyone can please tell me where to start my carreer as a game designer?

Tell them you want to shift into a design role and see what they can do. Otherwise, start designing games. You are already in the industry, it shouldn't be too hard to shift.
