Default Advice needed!

I'm posting this in the Art section because I felt it's more related to art.
Anyway, here's the issue. I graduated from university back in my country and majored in Computer Science. We focused more on general topics such as Operating Systems, Networking, Data base, web programming and design as well as applications programming. I also took a course in Multimedia in which we learned Photoshop and Macromedia Flash.

I took a workshop in 3Ds Max because am interested in 3D modeling.
Now am in the US and want to get a Masters. I really would like to get into Multimedia, work more on photoshop, 3Ds Max, etc, and at the same time I want to benefit from my programming experience. So what I mean is, I dont want to work too much in programming and I also want to work in 3D modeling, animation, interactive multimedia...

are there any universities in the US that could accept me as a graduate student ? any universities with a Masters in Multimedia, interactive media, digital media or game designing and development that also includes what I wish for and can take me based on my CS bachelor degree ?

I understand programming is something CS and animation is art, but come on there's gotta be something, and I'm willing to work hard for it if I needed to.
