Right. So don't ask for so much that someone would say that.

This is the problem EVERY freelancer has to face. It's always a struggle to come up with a price that's not so high the client will say no, but not so low that you aren't getting what you're worth.

Like I said, is ten dollars too low? Is twenty dollars too low?
And since you're 16, if you want to get paid, your parents have to be the ones to sign on your contract.

You are offering your "help" to someone who "wants" graphics for their games.
Before you post an announcement, read others' posts. See who is looking for character art. Contact them, tell them you're a minor, send them a link to your online portfolio.

Of course, a 16-year-old amateur cannot get paid anywhere near as much as a professional game modeler would. But I've already said that many times before, and I gather that you don't accept it.
