Where do you want to work?

I just wanted to know if anybody has a particular company that they want to work for or if they want to make their own company. Or if you dont have any preferances in companies, what about specific genres of games you want to make.

I kinda want to make RPGs. Specifically Action-RPGs but I would love to make an old fashioned RPGs.
