Game Development Colleges

There's a lot of talk about game design Universities and which ones are the best for it(Princeton review). But i can't seem to find any review specifically based on the Computer Science aspect of game development. I'm looking for suggestions for a MS degree in CS. As far as I've researched, I've read Digipen is supposed to be real hard and they push students through heavy programming coursework. But is there any other university which provides a better quality of computer science teaching regarding game dev?
