Hi everybody!
I work at Orange in the department that covers video games activities on the web, mobile and IPTV. Our team is in the process of setting up a flash games website to promote independent games and to motivate any type of creative to contribute to game design. On this website called whosegame, creators can submit their own creations as it can be seen on kongregate but also they can also create their game via an authoring tool (with more authoring tools coming up this year). This tool lets users design their own mini-game based on a game engine with simple drag/drop features. Through our initial tests on a small audience (the website is online, but we have not yet made a public announcement so it is mostly word of mouth, which has probably not exceeded our friends’ friends plus relatives), we realized that there was a strong interest in our easy-to-use online authoring tool. I would like to have the feedback of creative amateurs or pros regarding this tool (functionality, content provided ...). In a few words: what you like or do not like, what refrains you from using it , what would be interesting to add in your opinion, what we forgot in the tool... Please explain if you are a flash developer, a game creator, graphic artists, modder or a newcomer to game design... Thank you in advance for the ones who will spent a few minutes on this. NB: To access the tool: 1. Got to www.whosegame.com 2. Create an account 3. Click on the "Create a game" tab |

Yaustar, I send to you my contact details via private message. I am currently serving in strategy & marketing and I am dedicated to interactive entertainment.
At the moment, I am in charge of Whosegame, which is a website dedicated to indiegames and their creators. Our objective is to propose a different way to make or play games on the web and that initiative includes some of our in-house developments such as online game design tools. The site is in public alpha but many things still need to be done (including the translation of the terms and conditions). |

The reason why I pointed it out is that I can't agree to it if I can't understand it. This also applies to anyone else who wants to try it out but doesn't understand French.
I wanted your contact details so I could check that you were who you say you are and not a spambot.
