I was just wondering what kind of music everyone listens to?
I for one have very eclectic taste i listen to swing from the 30's to 80's metal to classical to Indie to 50's and 60's to techno to 80's anything reallyanything good. Favorite song writers Bob Dylan, Johnny Cash, Conner Oberst (from Bright Eyes). Top 5 listening to right now would be 1. The View 2. Bright Eyes 3. Feist 4. Muse 5. The killers.

I listen to a wide variety of music. That being from Rock to celtic, Celtic to Anime/Japanese and back to most sub-genres of rock.

Hmmm. let's see, my favorites right now are Porcupine Tree, Placebo (addicted to their cover of "Running up that hill"), Pulp, Interpol, Muse

my all time favorites are Queen, David Bowie, Crowded House, Garbage, Foo Fighters

in general I like almost anything that has a melody and lyrics, I don't usually listen to techno/house/dance (although there are some exceptions from Fatboy slim and The chemical brothers) and sometimes I can like pretty silly things (like Army of lovers, Aqua and the Portal song (which is currently my ringtone ))

This thread is old! Old Thread is old, yo!

Anyway, I like a lot of music, but I mostly lean towards pop-rock and alternative-pop (if that makes any sense).
I dig classics like Queen, Bowie and Paul McCartney, but also Foo Fighters (mostly their mellow stuff) and Snow Patrol (but only the Final Straw album. Their last one sucked!).
Currently I'm in love with the wicked tunes of one Charlotte Hatherley. She used to play guitar in Ash, and she's awesome.

I enjoy a variety of modern upbeat orchestrals, and I'm especially a big fan of Yuki Kajiura.
