has anyone gotten the programmers SDK to actually download? I have been trying all day long, and it continually freezes on me. The furthest I have gotten would be about 75% done, and then it just stops. I thought maybe there was some heavy traffic on the site or something earlier, but it has been constantly all day long.

Try using a download manager.

I finally got it to download yesterday, but it seemed like I had to 'kick-start' it in the middle several times by clicking on the download link again. That was one pain of a download.
