Posts waiting for approval?

Do any of you sometimes get to see a "this post is waiting for approval"-message when posting something here on the forum? I think it happens when you put a link into a post... Probably fear for Rick-rolling?
I think it's a little silly though, we are all - well, most of us - respectable and civilised human beings, so why the mistrust? I think it's especially silly when it happens when I link to something in the gamecareerguide.com domain, or even something on the forum itself

Believe it or not, a lot of junk is caught using that system.

I'm not sure how many URLs you have to include before you tip the thing off, or whether it's specific words or phrases that trigger it.

We try to check once a day or ever other day to see if there are post that need to be manually approved.
