School decision

Hello Guys i am a mexican high school student, I have 2 really important questions.
The First one is if anyone knows, wich of these schools that are in mexico are better putting them in order of priority from first, second and third place, here the list of the tree schools.

-Universidad Iberoamericana ---> Interactive Digital design
-ITESM ---> Animation and digital Arts
-Westbridge Film School ----> Animation and Visual effects

*The Second question is, in the USA and Canada, wich are cheap but great game oriented universitys, animation, game art, etc.?
