I have experience with the schools in the Toronto area - both Sheridan and Seneca.
What are your goals? What is your background? |

Okay, though "game artist' is a bit vague, as there are a lot of different roles an artist can take in the industry. Do you want to be involved with 3D or 2D?
What are your current drawing skills like? Are you coming directly from high-school? |

Well, the 3D Animation program is a graduate certificate. Unless you have a stellar portfolio - with extensive life drawing and painting skills, it is unlikely you will be admitted.
If you haven't studied life drawing and painting yet, I would highly recommend taking the Art Fundamentals course. It's only a year, and it will give you a solid skill set for further 3D and animation studies. |
