Well, I thought your demo reel was awesome. The samples in your portfolio-thingy are also very impressive.
The navigation of that flash thingy are horrible, though. I think hiding the 'manual' controls is a bit silly. Just have them displayed at all times. Also, although those software symbols look nice, they aren't very intuitive, especially so if you don't know any/most/some of them! You could at least give the set of symbols some mouse-over 'tooltips'.
Another obvious point for the todo-list: translate portfolio-thingy texts to English.

Tooltips may be just the right thing to do.
Anyway I should rework the whole thing anyway. Maybe remove Flash and do a html/PHP simple version?

Yeah, this was laziness... You think Italian is very difficult, right?

By the way, I was thinking... do you (and the others) think that this portfolio is too wide? I mean, it incorporates also web things and ... Director... It shows that I know many things, but I think that it seems that I know too many things and not one deeply.
Do you think that I should do a more focused one? In the end I think that people will appreciate the multi field aspect of my formation.

Don't link to your blog. There are times where what you write in your blog isn't what you want your potential employer to see.

Do you mean don't link to the blog from the CV? Hmmm... I always try to write only serious things on the blog...

It is a personal decision, just be very wary and concious that what goes on your blog is what your employers will see.

My blog is nothing special right now, I hope that by the time someone reads my resume it has become interesting and worth reading.
