Advice for a Student !?!

Hey Everyone, I am a student in college and i have recently decided that i want to go into the carrer od a Game Designer who specializes in Writing and creating Storyboards. So I wanted to ask ( from any of the "experts" here ) what advice could be given to me to better pursue my career? such as what kind of classes and sourses are required and/or recomended for this career ?
Any advice would be great !


Also i am currently writing a vocational paper on this career, any statistics for this jod would be awesome as well.
