So I feel ignorance poking me in the head "ouch". How exactly should this idea be delivered? What format? Just a concept written down with a few pages. A few paragraphs? A technical document? As I said... ignorance....and the poking....???

Basically, whatever you want in 500 words + 3 pictures. Make headings if you want, make pictures if you want, but it is only 500 words so no "a few pages".

And I had an interesting idea for Mario as unemployed...might run with that for a little to see how it holds up...

well, i must say that it's very difficult to figure out this one, for all the reasons that have already been pointed out...
but what about this: mario the psychologist. he steps into villains and engage them in mind-puzzle-games to 'heal' them!
do you think that this would change the history of both mario and videogames?

I kind of liked the challenge, its nice and open and leaves a lot of space to explore depending on how blue skies you want to go.

500 words and 3 images... That would actually be hard for me. Also, would we only get to see the winner's design, or would we get to see ones that almost made it?

How about mario the pool cleaner? and the game is based in the water and he kinda has aqua man powers.
