Sorry about this, Yaustar - we were just trying to prevent our users from being inconvenienced. We'll look at our back end options and get back to you guys, here.

[EDIT: OK, it's back on again, and we've upped the amount of time between PMs to see if that helps.]

I still recommend a minimum post limit before being able to send PMs. At least in the worst case scenario, we will see them posting in the forums before they start spamming. By that point we have a good chance to notice the odd behaviour in posts.
