Which is why I highlighted the areas where he worked in QA which covers your Quality Assurance methods and did freelance work with Disney which covers production methodologies.

Yes, such as dealing with budgets, dealing with contractors, arranging schedules and presenting work to publishers. All of which are covered by his current experience.
