About Full Sail University

Hi so point is, I have heard many things about Full Sail University, bad and good. I want to go into the Game Development Bachelors program but some people say that game companies like students who come out of FS and others say FS is a scam. At the end of my college years I would like to make it into Bioware by the way. So can some people give me there own personal thought of this school? It would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

What "Other Career," besides Game Designer or Game Programmer, are you hoping to pursue with your Full Sail education?
BTW, Full Sail is not a scam. It is a real school with real teachers and provides real education.

Well usually not the school decides your career path, it just helps on the way. When you are skilled in your subject (which I guess is programming) you could get anywhere.
BUT you need to work your way towards this goal. Which means aquiring a lot of skills in your subject. Most company's expect programmers to understand a diverse set of subjects in the programming field. You would get this diversity best in a "general" computer science program. Again BUT then you need to do a lot that has nothing to do with games and could be "useless" knowledge for your field.
Both ways have their up- and downside, you just have to choose one and make the best out of it.
I personally chose the CS way, but it was hard for me to keep me motivated, because I had to do a lot of stuff that had nothing to do with games and was very abstract and theoretical, but I also learned a lot most other programmers, that chose the game focused way (almost) never learn.
