How to develop good english writing skill?
I am go throughing the newspaper regularly. Is it enough for developing speaking skill. How to develop good writing skill? Since my aspiration is to be as Journalist?

IMO, writing, writing and writing. Get one of those exercise books and practice your grammar.
If you know someone who's native, ask him/her for a little help.  (Native European Portuguese here) |

Reading and practice makes us perfect. Collect more english books to correct grammars. Spelling also was an important factor to consider.
