GDC in Feb. Who's going?

The next big GDC will be held in February 2008 in San Francisco. The good news is that February is the low season for tourism (I lived there for five years), which means that if you book flights and hotels early, you can actually get a pretty good deal.

Who's planning on attending GDC? Where are you staying? Do you need recommendations about which neighborhoods have lower cost hotels but are still in easy commuting distance to the Moscone Center? Who's entered in the IGF?

Also, for everyone in Europe, there's going to be a GDC in Lyon, France this year in early December. I've listed it on the Forum calendar for you all.

I really want to encourage everyone to think about attending GDC early because you really will save a bundle on airfare and hotel if you book early!
