That will always depend on the company that you're employed with and the volume of work to be done for a specific type of project. If the finished product of the animation is quite good and impressed a lot of audiences, then probably you'll be able to have a percentage of the product's income thus adding some more figures for you. But still, it will also depend on how good you are because that can be the basis of your salary.
