I was thinking Gold, Guns, Girls by Metric, but that may be too obvious.

I think Vinter In Hollywood - Ride like the wind might be a real contender. The music video is very fitting.

I'm def interested in this challenge. I was thinking Jesus is a Rochdale Girl by Elbow, but my comrade thinks otherwise. Thoughts?

Sort of an anti-Epic Mickey.

World is colorful, and you play as a character obsessed with darkness. You literally have to "Paint the world Black" however in doing so you also limit your vision. When something is painted black it makes it harder to navigate the established world/levels since everything blends in. The player would have to strategically paint the world black in ways where they can cover the most ground before they're lost in their own creation.

Easy enough.

I might spend the weekend and give it a shot. I'm just starting to get settled after moving to a new job location. I had an idea bouncing around in my head, based on a song, that actually started out as a side quest idea.

Oh man. This is probably one of the first times I'm submitting a story-based game idea to the challenge. But you can't fly if you don't bother trying to take off.

Also, even though it was an idea I had bouncing in my head for a while, it turned out that the execution was quite tricky
