Looking to create a team!

Hi everyone, I am currently looking to create a team of reviewers, news writers and interest piece writers too, all based on retro and modern video games (with the emphasis on retro and the 3DS) the website has a growing readership (averaging around 140 unique visitors per day, for a 3 month old site, I don't think that is too bad) with a growing SEO campaign and social networking (done by someone whose day job is to do that!)
