Sweet mother of a..........Back to my career,I've read the FAQ about if you had idea for games,you can't just tell a company your idea,get paid,and sit back wait for the game to finish.Like today,I just had a idea for a RPG battle system.Is there somehow I can get into 'battle system team' department?

Sure, you can become a game designer. Get a college degree, make a portfolio, get a job in the game industry, work hard, well, and cooperatively for a number of years.

I assume he won't offer you real money. ("Royalties after it sells" is nothing -- you'll never see a penny.)
Decide beforehand if you want to do it for no money or not. Know why you're willing to do it, if you're willing to do it.
