hi everyone im new here im about to graduate college and looking to get a job doing sound design or really anything involving gaming audio. just wondering what i should focus on and what the gaming companies are looking for when hiring someone.

You should focus on building a portfolio, and finding opportunities to volunteer audio for amateur/student game projects.
