Game Design Courses

Hello guys,

I want to ask you if you know a nice course that last 6months to 1 year...
I'm about to travel at the end of the year and I'm looking for some places to study Game Design.
Any thoughts, recommendations?

Where in the world you live?
What sort of game design are you looking for?
At what level are you looking to study at?
What’s your past education?
Your price range?

So answering the questions...
I live in Brazil but I will travel to study, so I'll move to where the course is. haha
I want to study the Game Design in general, from basic concepts to balancing the game, levle design, and others...
I'm studying Animation and Digital Arts here and I have about 7.000 US to spent.

If anyone can help I would appreciate!
