Which school offers the best game design education for the least amount of money?

What are your criteria for "best", red?
In other words, what does "best" mean to you?
Having the highest girl-to-guy ratio?
Does it matter to you if the school is in Japan or in Madagascar?
My point is, "best" is subjective.
Also, you say "game design" -- are you really asking about game design, or are you instead asking about game art or game programming?
