Why would it matter? It's hard to be good in a subject that you are not interested in.

Tsloper, good point, but I don't know if many people need Hebrew speakers. I'll try to formalize my Japanese knowledge.
Yaustar, well, essentially you are right, but I want to study thing I'll enjoy the most that will lead to a good job. I could study English literature or communications and be jobless. What jobs are most necessary behind the scenes? Administration, law, economists, etc.? |

Your real question is "what should I study." The answer to the question "what are the most accessible jobs for foreigners in America" can not help you with your real question. You should study whatever you most want to study.

You're right, but what I'd like to study is highly impractical. I try to find the golden mean between usability and affinity, and I have no clue. I know that nowadays a bachelor's degree is very necessary. I thought to study business administration and economics, but, I don't know, How much people behind the scene are necessary in gaming companies?

2. A lot. But if you want to make games, it can be very hard to go from being "behind the scene" to working "in front of the scene." Depending on what role you start with and what role you want to end up with.

Alamgir, I suggest you start a NEW THREAD. Ask YOUR OWN question, if you have one.

I am locking this thread because it is old, and it has been hijacked. Anyone wishing to discuss this matter further will need to start a new thread.
