The MU Department of Computer Engineering and Computer Science, in the College of Engineering at the University of Missouri - Columbia, provides degree programs resulting in Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Doctor of Philosophy. The areas of study for these degrees include study in introductory programming courses, circuitry design and testing, compilers, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, multimedia engineering, networks, and of course computer graphics. Each Bachelor of Science degree program is concluded by a year of intensive senior design classes, where the student makes whatever they feel appropriate to showcase the skills they've refined.
