Mobile Applications Development Program
The Mobile Applications Certificate Program at UC San Diego Extension, Digital Arts Center is an advanced training program for smartphone application enthusiasts and industry professionals seeking opportunities to expand their design, programming and software development skills into the world of mobile application development. The Mobile Application industry offers extensive opportunities for developers.

The mobile application development certificate program is designed to provide students comprehensive training in programming, interface design and interaction design. Students produce complete mobile applications for mobile devices including iOS, Android based smartphones and other platforms. The educational experience is enhanced by an environment of professional training in which students work directly with their instructors (practicing mobile application developers) to conceive individual concepts for mobile applications.

Video & Editing Program
Looking for a video production school? UC San Diego Extension Digital Arts Center multimedia training includes the principles of storytelling, videography, motion graphics and audio.

Today, a knowledgeable multimedia student has the power to create film titles and trailers, video, graphics and sound for TV, and corporate media, commercials for TV, radio and interactive media--all from a desktop or laptop computer. Students will complete a series of projects developing rich media content illustrating the history, current activities and future aspirations of non-profit organizations with podcasts, flash animations, streaming video of interviews and a mini-documentary. Completing these video production projects allows students to develop a valuable working portfolio while obtaining practical experience in real-world situations.
