The Facultad de Ingeniería at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) is one of the most prestigious engineering schools in Mexico.
The Electric Engineering Division is in charge of three different bachelor degrees: Electric Engineering, Computer Engineering and Telecommunication Engineering. It is the biggest division by number of students, as the degrees it offers have a high employment rate. This division has established many industrial partnerships with enterprises such as Microsoft and Oracle.
At the Facultad de Ingeniería, all Computer Engineering students can choose from Computer Graphics-related courses such as "Real-Time Computer Graphics" (basic and advanced), "Digital Image Processing" (Computer Vision) and "Virtual Reality"; there is also a Master Degree on Virtual Environments.
Also, the students created the special group named "Video Game Develpment Society" (SODVI, Sociedad de Desarrollo en Videojuegos) on January 2010.
