·     The Creative Industries Faculty at QUT is a global pioneer in creative industries, and we continue to lead the way. Collocated with leading edge research centres including the Australasian CRC for Interaction Design, the Faculty not only trains the creative workforce, but works together with industry to grow the creative economy. The Faculty offers courses across a unique range of creative areas, including media, new media, performance, visual arts and design.         

·       Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses are available in Animation as well as Interactive and Visual Design, and are taught with an emphasis on creative and experimental approaches to design for new technology. You’ll be taught by industry professionals in a studio environment. At the undergraduate level students have the opportunity to complement design knowledge with study in areas such as information technology, film production, sound design or game design. At the postgraduate level, the emphasis is on not only skills development but also developing your abilities in entrepreneurship, creative industries leadership and project management.    

·       Research training at QUT Creative Industries provides opportunities for students to embed their research in commercially applied projects, creative practice or professional environments.
