New Join / Start up portfolio websites?

I'm sure this is in a thread some where on here but I hope that everyone understands my time constraints being a student and working on my thesis. I'm taking 6 major classes this semester and I am highly pressed for time. Anyway, I am trying to find a site that might let a person start up a beginner website for free and post video's or start up a portfolio. I'm trying to work on my portfolio and help my self by working smarter / not harder this way. I have plenty of student work completed that I would love to post and deliver it to the mass with out haveing to make 1000's of DVD's that I can't afford. I'm not a total newb when it comes to networking with people but I'm haveing problems with gaining leverage with out a website.
